I was invited by the American Arbitration Association and the New York State Bar Association to participate in a September panel discussion about arbitration and it use by the cannabis industry. Because of the complications attendant to cannabis existing between worlds of state reregulation and federal illegality, arbitration is and will remain the primary choice for dispute resolution in Marijuana Land. The panel spent an hour of awareness-elevating on the vagaries. Amongst the panelists was Tom Downey, who would join me again a few weeks later for a guest interview on Psychedelica Lex.
