In October, I was joined by Tom Downey, Esq. Tom and I recently appeared together on a AAA/NYSBA panel discussing arbitration for the cannabis industry. I mentioned to Tom that it had been roughly a year since I had interviewed anyone on the progress in Colorado. Being at the epicenter of it all, courtesy of his office and law practice in Denver, Tom was enthusiastic to share.
