In this installment of Psychedelica Lex, I interview fellow psychedelic attorney Matthew Brockmeier.  Matthew works with Emerge, one of the larger national law firms focusing on psychedelic law.   Matthew is based in Denver, Colorado and has front row seat to the unfolding of Colorado’s new Natural Medicine Health Act.  He shares his thoughts on the process of administrative rule making and getting this new and experimental program to stand up and operate successfully.

You can watch Matthew’s interview HERE.

In Matthew’s own words, “my practice is centered on drugs; the law, business, policy, and (sometimes even) politics of psychedelics, cannabis, and other controlled substances.  I earned a J.D. with a Certificate in Health Law from DePaul University College of Law and a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from The Ohio State University, where I graduated cum laude from the Honors College.  Licensed to practice law in Colorado and Illinois.”
