With the Arizona Department of Health set to start accepting applications for Arizona’s Social Equity Adult Use (Recreational) Cannabis Licenses, two separate groups of plaintiffs have filed lawsuits seeking to enjoin AZDHS from proceeding with December applications. The lawsuits are critical of the final Social Equity Rules adopted by AZDHS, and the plaintiffs also seek court orders to force AZDHS to revise the Rules.
