My guest for May 2023 was a return appearance by Allison Hoots, Esq.    You may recall Allison as author of the Guide to RFRA and Best Practices for Psychedelic Plant Medicine Churches.   Allison was excited to spend an hour chatting about the risks and liabilities trip sitters and venue hosts face in the psychedelic world.    Our conversation juxtaposed reference to real life examples – Lightning in a Bottle (Zendo) – Sedona Sweat Lodge Retreat – Soul Quest – driving the point home that the risks are real.

You can watch Allison’s interview HERE.
