Psychedelica Lex friend and fellow psychedelic attorney, Jon Dennis, returns with another update on Oregon’s Measure 109 Psilocybin program.

This month, Jon discusses some of the issues surrounding efforts to get religious liberty protections included in the package of administrative regulations that will govern Oregon’s psilocybin program.   As Jon and I discuss, this is of particular concern, as Oregon has no correlative religious freedom protection statutes like many other states adopted in wake of passage of the Federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act.    Psychedelic religious groups that employ psilocybin as sacrament are concerned about the potential for exclusion or infringement, and thus seek a voice in the program.
