Montana Just Became More Psychedelic Friendly

In April 2021, Montana law changed to bring Montana into the fold of states who adopted a state-iteration of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.   Now, the burden of proof is on the government of Montana to prove it has a compelling interest in regulating religious practice by the least restrictive means.  This includes psychedelic religions, who now get the added protections of this new law.
