A little more than a year since his last appearance on Psychedelica Lex, Jon Dennis returns to give updates and observations about Oregon’s Psilocybin Services and Oregon’s rapid repeal of its drug decriminalization measure. The unique economic challenges facing Oregon coupled with effects of the pandemic perhaps made Measure 110 the wrong law at the wrong time. But the psilocybin services have (forgive the pun – I had to) mushroomed to more than 20 providers throughout Oregon. The program is not without its challenges though and its long-term efficacy and survival are still pending questions. Whatever the ultimate outcome, kudos to Oregon for leading.
