Quietly in early May, the Arizona Attorney General joined as an Amici party in a Federal appeal pending before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.  The case, Advanced Integrative Medical Science Institute, et al.,  v. Merrick B. Garland, et al., regards plaintiffs from the State of Washington who pursued the use of psilocybin under Washington Right to Try laws. What makes the case interesting is that the State of Arizona joined with Attorneys General from several other states in support of the petitioners’ argument that the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) not block access to psilocybin and effectively should stay out of the issue.

Indeed, Arizona may be Psi-curious!!
